Every membership is led personally by Jowita Mitchell, MSN, RN — a nurse with over 25 years of clinical experience who is committed to knowing you, advocating for you, and delivering care that is truly exceptional.

All memberships run for 30 days from the date of enrollment with no long-term commitment required. Payment is due upfront before services begin. Unused visits do not roll over. All visits require 7 days advance notice and are subject to availability within our service area.

Your payment is collected in full before any services are scheduled. Your 30 days begins the day payment is received.
Book your visits a minimum of 7 days in advance. We recommend scheduling at the start of your 30-day period.
At the end of 30 days, simply renew to continue or let it expire — no penalty, no questions asked.
Questions & Answers
How does the 30-day membership work?
Your membership begins the day your payment is received and runs for exactly 30 days. You always receive a full 30 days — no partial months, no proration, no matter when you join.
What if I need help in the middle of my membership period?
Existing members can add extra visits at any time during their 30-day period at the member rate. New clients who need immediate support can book a single visit with no membership required — or enroll in a membership that begins the day payment is received.
Do I have to commit to a long-term contract?
No. All memberships are 30 days with no long-term commitment. At the end of your 30 days, you choose whether to renew. There is no cancellation fee or penalty of any kind.
When is payment due?
Payment is due in full before any services begin. For memberships, your 30 days starts the day payment is received. For single visits, payment is required before the visit is confirmed on the schedule.
How far in advance do I need to schedule my visits?
All visits must be scheduled a minimum of 7 days in advance. We recommend booking your visits at the beginning of your 30-day period to secure your preferred days and times.
Do unused visits roll over?
No. Unused visits do not roll over to the next 30-day period. We encourage members to plan their visits at the start of each membership period to make the most of their plan.
Who provides the nursing care?
All care is provided personally by Jowita Mitchell, MSN, RN — the founder of Omnis Elite Concierge Nursing — with over 25 years of clinical nursing experience. You will always know exactly who is coming to your home and who will be by your side at every appointment.
How does the Platinum flexible visit plan work?
Platinum members receive 12 visits per 30-day period to use however they need most. Need more doctor visit accompaniments? Allocate more visits there. Need more in-home wellness checks? Use them that way. Any combination is welcome — up to 12 total visits per period.
Can I start with a single visit before committing to a membership?
Absolutely. Many of our members began with a single visit at $250 to experience our care firsthand. There is no obligation to enroll in a membership afterward — though most clients choose to.
Can I upgrade or change my membership tier?
Yes. You may change your membership tier at the start of any new 30-day period. Simply contact us before your current membership expires and we will adjust your plan accordingly.
What area do you serve?
Our in-home nursing visits and medical appointment accompaniments are provided within our designated service area. Please contact us to confirm whether your location falls within our coverage zone before enrolling.
